Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Arkansas. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. Mary now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
With experience across diverse settings—including schools, non-profits, the court system, and intensive outpatient programs—Mary brings a rich blend of knowledge and empathy to her practice.

As a trauma therapist, Mary is highly qualified with advanced certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Community Resilience Model (CRM®). She thoughtfully combines these evidence-based methods to support her clients in managing anxiety, regulating emotions, understanding their nervous system responses, and connecting with different parts of themselves—all fostering lasting healing and a sense of well-being.
